fragile
ONE WOMAN SHOW
Written & performed
by
AGUSTINA DIEGUEZ BUCCELLA
"Lost in the middle of the mountains, a self-assured, powerful, "I don´t need anyone" woman realises that she got it all wrong. In order to survive, she has to go back, get rid of all the layers that she is unnecessarily wearing, and admit that asking for help is her way out. Breakthroughs, vulnerability, raw emotions, empowerment, and new beginnings".

A mixture of Theatre and Spoken Word.
It aims to make the audience reflect, cry, laugh, see themselves up there, and go home feeling that they discovered something new in them.

A one-woman show that will remind you what it is like to be human.

Honest, truthful and emotional.

FRAGILE is the first piece in which I decided to own the whole creative process. It all started when I committed to write the story I was born to tell. I believe in its message and my intention is to reach as many souls as possible with it.

"I think when you write, and especially when you do it from your own experience, you are revealing bits of your heart with every written word. Being able to put it together and present it in front of an audience makes me feel audacious, brave and vulnerable. I took some painful experiences and I transformed them into art, and that for me is beautiful. Also, the more I open myself the more people can relate to the message and that is the ultimate goal".

"Fragile came so organically and effortlessly to me. I found myself writing things that were coming from my heart, in a non-judgemental and cathartic way. I didn’t know at the beginning that I was writing a one-woman show. I was simply allowing what was in my heart to be put on paper. It was later when I was re-reading my notes that I came to realise that I had a story to tell. A one-woman show felt like the perfect medium for it".

"The adrenaline of live performances! I live for that feeling. And also the response from the audience and the connection with them. Seeing how my show impacts on every person that has decided to give me one hour of their time. The public renews everyday and the audience’s energy is different on every show. That keeps me proactive, fresh and expectant. It’s a challenge I happily accept".
